Support privacy

Your question is a private conversation.

What you share with x70 Help and how it is used to support you.

What we store

We store your messages, screenshots you choose to upload, the app you select, and support information you provide. If you share your name and email, we use them to reply, send support updates, and help you recover your conversation. A session cookie keeps access on this browser.

Request verification

Cloudflare Turnstile helps verify support submissions. Websites that send requests to x70 Help use a necessary visitor cookie for up to 30 days to limit repeated requests. The cookie is accessible to the website server. A separate protected network identifier helps limit abuse while allowing people on shared networks to ask for help.

AI and the support team

An AI assistant may use your question and approved app documentation to prepare an answer. Our support system uses OpenAI for AI responses and Convex for authentication, storage, and conversation updates. Dan and Loenne can read and answer support conversations. Internal team notes are only visible to the team.

You can ask for a person in the conversation. We may also pass a question to a person when the assistant cannot support its answer or when the issue needs account, purchase, privacy, or security attention.

Share only what helps

Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or private information you do not need to share. Crop screenshots to the problem. Uploads are resized and re-encoded to remove image metadata. Support does not need access to the health information stored in your app.

Private links and email

A recovery link grants access to a conversation. Keep it private and open it only on a device you trust. It requires an explicit Continue step and can be used once before it expires. Email updates link back to the conversation.

Your choices

You can continue without sharing an email for a quick question. Without an email or a valid browser session, recovery may not be possible. If you want support information corrected or deleted, ask the team in your conversation.

Support information is separate from data stored by the app itself. The individual app privacy policy explains its app data practices.
