How do I choose Apple Health input?
During setup choose Apple Health on Your data, then select the types you want in the system permission sheet. Set Up Later remains available. Missing data stays unavailable.
Should I keep Boop open during initial strap history transfer?
Keep Boop in the foreground until the initial history pass finishes. A connected strap and completed initial transfer are distinct from guaranteed background freshness.
Can I change Health permissions later?
Apple Health permissions remain under your control and may be changed in iOS Settings. Boop cannot bypass denied permissions. Locked-phone writing may be unavailable.
Is Boop the official WHOOP application?
Boop is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WHOOP. Direct compatible-strap support and optional Apple Health input are separate supported data paths.
Can Apple Watch readings appear later?
Apple Watch can save readings to Apple Health later rather than provide a live stream. Refresh after readings have actually been recorded.
What should a useful support description contain?
Include your Boop version, iOS version and a short description of what you expected and what happened. Do not share health exports, logs, passwords or identifiers. Redact screenshots before voluntarily uploading them to X70 Help.
